ACTIVITIES & LEISURE
Our 20 hectare (50 acre) site makes many outdoor activities possible.
Walking and mountain-biking: we are located just 500 metres (550 yards) from the Grande Randonnée 91 hiking path, and there are numerous tracks for you to explore.
Canoeing and kayaking: you can hire canoes and kayaks 30 minutes away from the Mas des Lavandes. Travelling down the Sorgue river, which seems to swell mysteriously from the ground at Fontaine de Vaucluse, is another way of discovering the area. The trip ends at l’Isle sur la Sorgue and is suitable for everyone.

- Golf: Saumanes Golf Club, the “Provence Country Club”, is 15 kilometres (9 miles) away. It has an 18-hole, par 72 course, a 9-hole course and a driving range where you can play your favourite sport.
- Swimming: the Mormoiron lake is 20 minutes away, where there is supervised swimming in season and a beach with facilities.
- Tennis: there are two tennis courts in the village of Venasque.
- Rock climbing: as we are 800 metres (900 yards) away from the Ascle climb and 1 kilometre (just over half a mile) from the Saint Pierre climb, there is plenty for climbers to do.
- Adventure: there is an Accrobranche tree top adventure trail in Mormoiron.
