Description of both gîtes

Furnished seasonal accommodation with a three star rating from CléVacances.
Recently built villa. Sound insulation between the two parts. Walls between the terraces and balconies (which do not overlook each other). Enclosed private garden in no. 2 and open private garden in no. 1.

Each has:
An internal surface area of 60 square metres (645 square feet)
A terrace of 40 square metres (430 square feet) suitable for adults and children (featuring wood and electric barbecues), and a balcony of 8 square metres (86 square feet) with a magnificent view, in both no. 1 and no. 2

Bathroom well-ventilated by a large window and equipped with: hair-dryer, shower bath, double wash-hand basin and separate toilet.

- A master bedroom with: a 140 cm (56 inch) wide double bed with a 240 x 200 cm (96 x 80 inch) duvet, wardrobe, bedside tables and a French window onto the balcony.
- A second bedroom with: three 90 cm (36 inch) wide single beds and 200 x 200 cm (80 x 80 inch) duvets, a small wardrobe, a metal rack with a rail and three shelves and a towel rack for three people.
Note: All beds have bolsters and square pillows.

- The living room:
The living room is very bright as it has a French door as well as two other windows.
- Very well equipped kitchen area with a four ring electric hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pressure cooker, 240 litre (52 gallon) fridge freezer, microwave, self-cleaning fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, washing machine, enough crockery for guests, and a wine tasting kit, not to mention numerous other utensils which are essential if you like cooking on holiday as much as at home.
- A living area with two rattan chairs, television, bookcase, and very comfortable 140 cm (56 inch) wide sofa bed with a slatted bed base, Bultex mattress and a 240 x 200 cm (96 x 80 inch) duvet.
